Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Chronopost with tracking and drop-off without signature. Free home delivery in European Union countries are sent by regular mail and therefore do not have a tracking number. Packages can also be sent and delivered against signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online (except for free shipping).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
